Race ready Topper dinghy in good condition. The boat belongs to my son and he used it as a member of the Welsh National Squad. He is moving to ILCA, so it is time to sell the Topper. Many of the control lines and blocks on the boat have been updated and the boom and outhaul are only a year old.
