Wayfarer Mk 2 'The Bounder'. A retro classic looking boat in brown and cream. Complete with Mainsail, Genoa, Jib, Spinnaker with pole and various other bits including Outboard (British Seagull 3.5HP with transom mounting bracket & service manual) anchor etc. I bought a roadbase and launch trolley (combi unit) a couple of years ago and a new overboom cover. A copy of the Wayfarer book comes with the boat (full rigging instructions and lots of other interesting stuff).
I bought this boat 5 years ago with the intention of tidying her up and day sailing in Plymouth Sound. However, I spend most of my time sailing a Supernova so haven't had the inclination to sail this boat single handed (my wife isn't into sailing). It has sat in the boat park (dry) since purchase next to my Supernova. I don't have the time now to put her in the water.
I would say it needs a little TLC - generally sound condition. There are a few very minor nicks and scratches commensurate with age. The floor boards are starting to deteriorate but are still serviceable. These are easily made from a bit of ply. The self bailers may need some attention. The mainsail, genoa, jib and spinnaker sails are serviceable for day sailing or cruising. There are 2 P&B storage bags on the front cockpit.
A very good boat for the price and age as it includes the combination trailer (launch trolley & roadbase).
