Topper Topaz Magno Sailing Dinghy with combi

The Topper Magno is a very versatile Dinghy for up to 2 adults and 2 children and can even be sailed safely single handed on the main and gennaker. The boat shows a good turn of speed but is also very stable and forgiving which is great for learners. The craft is also equipped with a zip reefing main and furling jib which allows the boat to be reefed on the water if the breeze gets up.

A very deep hull makes it a proper sit in boat for those who prefer to stay dry. We also found having a proper pivoting centreboard was a real bonus as it makes launching and recovery that much easier. The boom is set high out of the way of heads and a strut Gnav instead of an old style kicker makes for lots of space for a young crew at the front of the boat.

The Magno we have found to be a great all rounder . Big enough to get the family in, but compact enough to tow easily and light enough to launch without hassle. With all the sails up and in a decent breeze it’s also quick enough to keep an experienced sailor interested.

Our boat is in good condition complete with Mylar main, Dacron furling jib and a lightly used spinnaker.

The boat comes complete with a galvanised Topper combi, which tows well.
