Description
Built in 1924, this vessel was originally a racing Tjalk, converted to a liveaboard in about 2006 and then fully refurbished in 2016.
She offers a great amount of accommodation with two cabins, large galley/saloon and a decent sized bathroom. Plus there is a small desk/work-space neatly configured into the layout.
The galley is well equipped with a full sized oven and hob. Fridge/freezer, a combined washer-dryer and lots of storage space.
The saloon has a large, comfortable Heels sofa, HD Smart TV, and a modern, highly efficient wood-burning stove. There is also a diesel powered central heating system.
The boat is offered with or without the mooring at Poplar Marina, with mooring fees circa £15,000pa. subject to a transfer fee of 7.5%.
The current owners carried out extensive work to the hull in 2016, with all the required welding and epoxy paint coatings applied to ensure she remains in excellent condition.
These boat details are subject to contract.
Note: Offers on the asking price may be considered.
