Description

Gaffers and Luggers Clovelly Picarooner. Beautiful 15 1/2 foot gaffer solidly built in the famous Heard Yard on Mylor Creek.
Gustie is a beauty, carrying the lines of an old Clovelly Fishing boat complete with wooden gaff spars and tan sails .
However she has the added bonus of a solid GPR hull which keeps maintenance bills to a minimum.
She sails well and is particularly pleasing in a blow!
Gustie had must of the wooden parts replaced in the winter of 23 including
New floor bearers (Iroko seathed in grp)
New floor boards (rough finish pitch pine)
New gunnel capping (Iroko)
Samson post (Douglas fir)
New mast (Douglas fir)
New boom (Douglas fir)
New gaff spar (Douglas fir)
New keel band (Stainless steel fastened with stainless steel screws on mastic bed)
Holt jib furler with swivel and guide
Low use second hand Mercury 5hp, 4 stroke outboard.
New bespoke over boom cover.

Gustie comes with a good quality trailer.

She has been on a swing mooring for the season and sailed around 20 times in a variety of conditions performing very well.

Boat is overall in good condition with many new parts as listed above.
