I am reluctantly selling my Contender, K328 ’Dr Strangelove’. Good beginners project boat, early ’80s Rondar hull with tin rig and old sails. When I bought Dr S it was on an old trailer which I have replaced with a new Admiral launching trolley built with a Hartley’s Boats rear support to protect the hull. This is compatible with my Wayfarer road base so I can deliver as required. New ropes and bungee, spare forestay tensioner and two forestays (shorter one fits the sails, longer one might suit a short-leech main?).
